GROUPE AVS collects your personal data to organise the event you register for. This page explains which data, why, who receives it and how to exercise your rights.
Your identity (last name and first name, as on your passport for an international trip), email and phone; your answers to the event’s questions (for example dietary requirements, allergies, nationality, passport, emergency contact); your choices (activity, restaurant, room-mate); your billing details if a payment is due; and the record of your passages at the event’s checkpoints (QR code).
Organising the event and your trip (registration, transport, accommodation, catering, activities), sending you information about the event, invoicing and payment, and safety on site.
The performance of the service you register for, and our legal obligations (invoicing). Information relating to your health (allergies, diet) is only collected if you choose to provide it, with your consent, and is used only for catering and your safety.
The organiser’s team; the company that organises the event (your employer or our client), only within the limits set for each event; the service providers needed for the trip (airlines, hotels, transport, restaurants, activities); and our technical subcontractors: OVH (hosting, France), Cloudflare (network security), Resend (sending emails), Stancer (card payments, France). Your card details are entered only on Stancer’s secure page: we never see or store them.
Some subcontractors (Cloudflare, Resend, Google Fonts for the display of the pages) may process data in the United States, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For a trip outside the European Union, the information required by the airlines and hotels of the destination is sent to them.
Your personal data (identity, contact details, answers, flights, forms) is automatically deleted 30 days after the end of the event. Only the figures and the invoices are kept: invoices, with the billing details, are kept for 10 years, as required by law.
Requests sent from the contact form of iamon.it are forwarded by email to our team, only to answer you; they are not stored on this site.
You can access your data, correct it (directly in “My details” in your space), have it deleted, object to its use or ask for its portability by writing to the address below. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only the technical cookies needed to sign in to the agency and client areas are used.
